We want Art in the Alley's website and online store to be a place you continue to visit. So, we have laid down some of our terms and conditions for our customers to read. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
Inaccuracies: Although we try to stay as up to date and relevant as we can at our store, there may be times when our information online is inaccurate. Whether that be incomplete data, typographical errors or other inaccuracies, they are totally unintentional and we apologize in advanced. If any of our inaccuracies effect your order, such as an incorrect price or inventory count, we will contact you as soon as possible and figure out a solution.
Availability: Our products on our online store do come from our Duluth locations, however we can not guarantee that products sold online will be in the stores, or that products sold in the stores will be available online. Because of this, for some products, when they are out, they may be out for good and not appear on the website again. We will continue to keep our inventory at a correct level to try and avoid any confusion on availability.
Product Information: A brief description is used on most of our products online, but you may feel free to call us with any questions on a product and we would love to help you. Keep in mind, that not all products online will be in our stores and vice versa.
Color: We try and depict the colors of our products online, however we can not guarantee the colors will be completely accurate due to photography and monitor depictions.
Correspondence: We love hearing from our customers! So please contact us and let us know any comments, questions or concerns that you have. If you have an issue that we need to respond back to you, although we are not obligated, we try and get back to you as soon as possible.
